Ministry Of Style
I'm finally starting to get in the hang of blogging more often, especially now that I've decided to pursue full-time blogging/social media as a career. I've realised that I've severely neglected my blog for months quite some time and it's high time that I make the effort to update it a little more! This space was meant purely as a fashion diary, chronicling my outfits and collaborations with fashion brands. However, I've been contemplating diversifying into more travel-related posts as well because people have been emailing/FB/IG messaging me questions about my trips. So yea, perhaps I might reconsider..?
So to get the ball rolling, it's common knowledge that I've always been a huge fan of Australian brands and Ministry Of Style is no exception. I've collaborated with them a couple of times since 2014 and I've always loved that the designs for each collection are refreshing. I was extremely excited when I found out they partnered up with the famous Margaret Zhang for a styled shoot for their latest collection, like how cool is that?!
My sister, Nedra and I shot these images at the tennis court near our apartment, under the hot and scorching sun at 5pm. You'd think that would be the best timing for a shoot but Singapore weather never fails to make you feel sticky and uncomfortable, even if it was just for a mere 15 minutes. Guess that's why normal people in their right minds, i.e. non-bloggers, would never find themselves pretending to look cool in this unbearable heat. Sigh, the things we do for a couple of photos..
